Anyone else get an e-mail from Neteller extended account?

I got this email from Neteller saying, "We thought you would want to know that you’re cutting it pretty close to your funding limit of 3,500.00 USD for your NETELLER Express account."


I havent used my account since Canadians were banned from using Neteller for gambling. Was this just a mass email?
