got to WLRS.com and scroll down on the main page and look for a list of bands to vote for, vote for a band called Institution.

It's for local bands to get voted to play with signed bands that are playing at the LRS fest.

i don't know the band , but some dude in it is a friend of my sister.
i know yesterday when i voted they had 13%, now they are down to 8%, and 2 Pump Chump had 38% now they have 30%, and some band called Nova Red had like 17% now they have 40%.
i guess people are using proxy sites and voting a shit load of times for their favorite band.

thanks people, like i said i don't know the band , but yt sister is friends with some dude in it, and they are looking for votes, so i figured i'd spread the word.

hell the one band on their called MSD, i didn't know they still played, i used to see them at local rock shows in the late 90's and early 00's, they are some kind of gimmick type band, what i mean is they play heavy death metal that you can't even understand and they dress up in these costumes to look like zombie like sanitation workers in contamination suits, for people outside Louisville, MSD in Louisville stands for Metropolitan Sewer District, so i guess thats where they got the idea.
i also have seen In the Clear, i didn't know they were still together.
that 2 Pump Chump band i have seen them at Phoenix Hill Tavern 5-6 years ago ,but i thought they were a cover band, that just played other artists stuff, but i guess they got their own original material now.

yeah i tried to do that also, clearing cookies ,but i guess it logs ip addresses and won't let you vote multiple times. i have tried different proxy sites and everyone says i have an error after i click the vote button.

i haven't been to one in a while, but for a 10 year anniversary, you would think they would have bigger acts than..

yeah something is screwy with the voting i think, they are still at 8% and other bands totals keep moving up and down.
i googled proxys last night and found some list on tech-faq.com and must of used about 20 different ones and voted and each time they were still at 8%.

also i googled this band since i have never listened to them, they sound like a Linkin Park wannabe type band, they sounded ok i guess.
