You must not understand the way credit works. Let me explain it so a fifth grader would understand. If I, take $100 out of my bank account, and lend it to you, you are now using money on credit.

So in this case, CW is taking there money and giving it to people to use to bet with... so yes it was cw's money to begin with.

Great example because it is the same thing!...You would still owe the other party $100 and be considered a stiff either way reguardless of whether I acutally sent it to you first or you put your word on it and didnt pay after.

Notice the guy on the very top/left side's email? They should have known this guy was a pro he would have had to snatch up that email 10 years ago !! ...although he lost a lot of business that week he lost his roll on there and became a super stiff. Idk...Ive gotten paid...and thats all that matters to me...If they ever do close up shop...It would anger me but in the end I cant be too mad because I never lost any of my money. And its VERY HARD to actually lose money with them if they ever do close up because of the $400 rule. The most you could ever lose is $399(if you dont post up)

It is one thing to be owed $100 that never came out of your account then to be owed $100 that did. Maybe when you reach 5th grade you can grasp this.

Lets say a bank loans $1000 to the first 4000 customers that apply online. Not one person ever pays the bank back and so they are out $4,000,000 with a lot of explaining to do.

My friend just cashed on his debit card from them for the fifth time in six weeks, and this time he won over $1,200. Shoudl say he partially cashed because he could only get $500 per day, but he will withdraw the next two days too. His limit is 2K, so he is allowed to win up to 2K a week.
