The Giants realistically went through them like a hot knife through butter last year. Now Cliff Lee dropped one to the lowly Cards, and I wouldn't be surprised to see the Cards take one at home, then pull off game 5. The Phils' ace pitchers are awesome during the regular season. Hardly dominant in the postseason, looking at their body of work last postseason and the first two of this one.

Last season is just that. Last season and you can hardly make an assumption after 2 postseason games. One of which the Phillies won handily I might add. Also if we are to make assumptions let's talk about the Phillies regular season. Game 3 of this series will be telling.

Cardinals where motivated. Phillies once again seemed to be just going through the motions. Larussa is a fine manager and his team played hard for him. Once the postseason begins it's a new season and the Phillies didn't have the drive needed to win.
