That's the only reason I just made it a contest game solely. I went from confident to avoid the landers mush. Hahaha

That 15 yard unsportsmanlike penalty on MissSt totally changed that game. LSU were looking at 3rd and 7 - No one was moving the ball. That penalty gave LSU the momentum they needed to finish it off. Miss St felt defeated after that. That kid should get smacked upside the head. Haha

I think Miss St got defeated before the first snap. They fought hard last week losing 2 starting OL to injury. Then on their first drive they lost another one. That made the DL of LSU superior because Miss St couldn't block to run their spread offense and LSU brought the corners and safeties up for blitzes.

Yes indeed it was 6-6 at that point in the 3rd. But how long do you think 3 back up OL would last before fatigue sets in? There are many NFL teams where if they lose 3 OL in the same game would have folded faster than Miss St. Kudos to Miss St for keeping it a competitive game for 3 quarters.
