turned pro few days ago havent got any trivia or seen it, do you have to do something to get it

No I dont think so. I get it once a week or something.

it will pop up randomly when you log in (presumably for the first time that day) on a day that they have it. it use to be twice a week but now they changed it. can be once or zero times a week (or 5 times i suppose) but it has been very infrequent since the change.

Is this the same definition of random sportsbooks use to describe their casinos? If so I don't expect to see very much trivia.

its randomly never. random on never means never so dont expect it.
