I know guys that can run marathons and about to drop after walking 18 holes of golf. I know some people that can play basketball for 4 hours and can't even get through a set of tennis.
I can go on and on. Bodybuilders when on stage are called in shape, but they are not in shape, only contest shape.

I can hold my breath under water for 4 minutes and it not even phase me. Is that good shape? Is it always about the look or whats underneath or our brain power, will , heart and determination.

You realize Navy Seals do 2 minutes without bubbles....which is double what the average person can do underwater? The average person can only do 1 minute underwater....do the research. The hardcore Navy Seals have been rumored to be able to do 4-5 minutes....so I would back off the 4 minutes and possibly say 1 if you're lucky
