I know that 'assistance' address will come to someone here at the office. I just am not sure where the 'help' address goes to.

And let me make sure that when you saw the 'add 5 and 2,' that you put 7 in the verification box? I've come across this with other posters who think they should put 52 in the box.

Just make sure you enter whatever number correctly in the box, and yeah assistance@sportsbookreview.com is another option.

ive been in this bizz a while and i will just say this about them
1.wsex says they alot of payout requests---what bs only 2% of people in the bizz are pros,and wsex has competition,most pros dont use online bookies
2.so mabye the other 98% of the clients they have throw,and transfer money around bs mabye only 25% of the 98% do on a monthly basis
3.i can fund acct using **,wst union ect,ect but when i try to withdraw using the same method i cannot
4.every other top rated poker website,sports book i play at i never have a problem EVER w/payouts and it gets done fast and i know they have 2x the clients as wsex
5.they never seem to know what is going on untill you explain to them.they play stupid or some shit that really gets under your skin
6.they use outside processors that sit on their ass all day literally,besides this outside shit i have heard that they are not responsable for losses they send out to proccessors

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS................

checked my email and received a tracking # from wsex to be couriered by fedex.its in town and i should receive check today from them..
i am so not happy with wsex quite frankly im pissed off even more
