Ques about sportsbook from anybody in the know

Ok have all these accounts set up from contests here.I realize rakes off loses.
Here is the question. I tried to get into some foot contests eleswhere.Was told I needed to sign new acct through their site.Contacted SB(one on above banner) and was told to open new acct.but if you try to cash with two acct's you are asking for trouble.
Anybody run into this?
