I just proposed this trade:

Pierre Thomas/Mike Thomas for Brandon Marshall/Roy Helu.

Reason? His team had Jamaal Charles and doesn't have no good RB's to fill in. He has Forte, Beanie Wells and Helu, that is it. His WR's are in trouble too. He has Manningham has his #2, and he is OUT this week. His other WR's are Brandon Marshall, Robert Meachem, Pierre Garcon, and Andre Roberts. I think this trade will help him.

For me. It just makes my WR's more solid. White, Wayne, Smith-CAR, Crabtree and Bess. My RB's are McCoy, Best, Starks, and Moreno. I will be taking a chance with Helu, but I'm good at RB, baring any injuries.

Decent deal? I would also trade him Moreno if he wants, instead of Pierre Thomas. Not sure this guy will accept, but there are no RB's on the market to pick up that are worth a sh!t.

I lost both Kenny Britt and Jamaal Charles from my team for the season. OUCH.
Luckily, my other RB's have stepped up (Lesean Mccoy, Fred Jackson, Beanie Wells, Daniel Thomas, Tim Hightower)
Also, i should be ok at receiver w/o Britt (Vincent Jackson, Dez Bryant, Santonio Holmes, Deion Branch) Losing Britt HURT though. He was dominating and now i have no depth.
I was purely lucky on a lot of my guys, so if they keep it up, i still have a chance to win the league. I got all the depth b/c i waited until a late round to get a QB b/c i wanted Stafford, and he's been producing, hopefully he stays healthy b/c no one else has.

10. If you remember, guys like Tim Hightower, Beanie Wells, and Fred Jackson were going pretty late in drafts at one point. Today, it looks like i drafted well, but at the time, no one wanted Jackson (b/c of spiller) or Wells (b/c of Ryan Williams) or Hightower (b/c he was just overlooked) and Thomas (b/c of bush).....I pretty much was lucky, but i'll take it.

Even today anyone would take Jackson over those 2. yeah jackson has been hurt, but Pierre and Mike pretty much have zero upside. I'd be surprise if there is ever a point in the season, from week 1 to 16, where that is a good trade.....Just my opinion.

Like I stated back about a month ago, it was worth a shot, and probably wouldn't get granted. I've seen worse trades go through.

Pierre and Mike are on my bench, and will only be plugged in on BYE's or emergencies. But I think Mike Thomas has a good upside, especially now with Gabbert starting.

To be honest though, i'm the guy in the league who offers a lot of trades. Some of them not so realistic. i throw a ton of trade offers out there just for the hell of it. I pull off at least one trade a year, and it's usually the only trade of the whole season in whatever league i'm in. Everyone always says "i want to make trades", but most people are actually afraid to make them. I probably offer about 2-3 trades a week. I throw some good ones out there, and some ridiculous ones to. To me, it's worth a shot either way. So i don't mean to be hating on your trade offer.
I have pulled off 2 trades so far this season. 1st- before the season even started, i traded Anquan Boldin for Percy Harvin...Jury is still out on that trade, but i'm happy with it....Just yesterday, trade #2 was accepted, and i'm actually kind of nervous about this one. I trade Desean Jackson for Brandon Marshall. Jackson hasn't done shit but he can have huge games. I actually didn't think the guy would accept b/c of jacksons 1st two games, but he did. I could see myself getting screwed on that trade, but i hope not.

Hey Tree. I also wanted Brandon Marshall. Submitted this before Week 3. I ended up cancelling this one before the other guy accepted/declined. I didn't realize the trade wouldn't take effect until Week 4, and I didn't want it hanging out there in case Marshall got hurt or something.

It always helps if you can message the guy and explain to him what you're thinking.....The guy is in last place, he needs to have some balls and make a move, tell him to throw you a couple offers b/c you have some players who could help him out climb out the cellar. what does he have to lose?

That's the same way i work Onlooker. I usually look at the teams at the bottom of the standings, and i try to find someone who is weak at a position where i'm strong. I'm really hoping to unload some of my RB depth for a top WR. I'm trying to work a deal with Wells/Holmes, Wells/Dez Bryant, Hightower/Holmes, or Hightower/Bryant....I'm going to throw some offers out there to try and get a high level WR.

I think DeSean is a shaky play each week because of Vick getting knocked around. He is a play maker though, so I can see why it is a tough decision. Maclin seems like the go to guy.

Used my #1 Waiver pick to pick up Stevan Ridley, and dropped Davone Bess to do so. I also swapped out Rob Bironas for Mike Nugent.

It is a must win this week, I can't drop to 1-4.
