I think you'll find navy /tenn to have more total games than okla/ga and they never played.

That's interesting, because both have more games between the two, but UT played a lot of games vs. non 1A schools. So in a way it could be the right answer based on games, but even though I didn't say it, what the question meant was 1A games. You are probably right here tho...

no problem - but the way the question is worded "....These two current Divsion 1A programs have played over 1,000 games each...." ...

I doubt any of the schools with over 1000 ( the leaders are in the 1100-1200+ range ) have over 1000 against div 1a schools - at least schools that are currently 1a. Way back then , i don't know if they had that designation.
