Why dont AL teams sac. bunt?
Dumbest thing ever, how many times have I seen a team with runner who gets a double and no outs. Next batter should bunt them over and sac fly or ground out RBI. Some of these managers are dumb as nails.

Because the AL has better hitters... why sac bunt then sac fly, when there's a decent chance one of those 2 guys would hit a single or better?

    That's the reasoning, at least

no play in baseball is worse than the sac bunt... it costs teams more runs than anything else except maybe intentional walks.
