You should try some stretches, yoga, aerobics so you can get that "float like a butterfly" look that will match the "sting like a porcupine" flurry of punches you were throwing. Wow , a blurry frenzy of attacks that no man could defend himself from. Solid JJ, very solid. The only other thing I would recommend is to grease up the top of your head with the rooster cream you use. That will keep punches from splitting your skin when you are not busy fighting inanimate objects.
