Good question. It could be a combination of the lack of a very good bonus structure, combined with the complaints from sharper bettors about delays/limits etc. It's rated as best for a recreational bettor, which is true, however if it wanted to solidify itself even more with an A+ it should offer those rec. bettors a more advantageous bonus program IMO.

You could make a valid case for 5Dimes being as good as some of the other A+ books. In terms of size, popularity, and volume they have probably grown by over 50% in the last two years, which is impressive in these times. 5D and BetJam are targeting the same kind of players. BetJam has the edge on them in the service department while 5Dimes has more options. Both are setting the standard in processing.
