I like Indy +3.5 tonite. They suck in the preseason but Kerry Collins is supposed to play most of the game and Cincy is sitting their entire secondary plus they're down to their 3rd string rb. Indy also is having alot of roster battles on the D-line so those guys should be going hard tonite
