In baseball, and mostly all sports, lots of people all jump on a game the next day going by what they saw in the prior event. It should go under, and I will probably be on it too, but im not using todays performance to judge tomorrows decision. And I am not saying you are either. Just weird, weird shyt happens in baskets and bases.

I'd be very careful with the Red Sox Under. Blackburn is a completely different pitcher on the road (5.06 ERA, 1.42 WHIP), and he ddn't pitch that great vs. Boston when he faced them at home either (4 ER, 10 MOB in 6 IP). Lester has been great at times, but he still has a very high 1.50 WHIP for the year, which could spell trouble vs. a well-disciplined and hot Minneota lineup (.311 BA last 10 games even with stinker last night).

Actually, it was me that first said that the Under was far from golden here. It's just that the trend he quoted from statfox was a random stat that had very little logic behind it.
