Didn't watch the game, but the gamecast says Crisp grounded out to the catcher in 8th inning with no outs runner on 2nd down by 1 run.... Didn't he completely fukk up a game for the A's just the other day?

Crisp tried to bunt Weeks to 3rd with nobody out and popped the bunt up. Weeks had to hold at 2nd in case the ball was caught. It dropped, but obviously Coco Crisp was easily out at 1st and did not advance the runner.

They didn't risk stealing Weeks there with the go-ahead run at the plate and the #3 and #4 hitters up.

Crisp was the "goat" offensively if you want to view it that way, but he's clearly not somebody who is asked to bunt on a regular basis, so I think it was a mistake. Weeks is speedy as hell and would score on any base hit. Why surrender an out?
