Before you get too worked up, Clinton had 2 separate opportunities to blow this guy away (and this was after his American interview where he declared war on the US, and after his bombing of the embassy). I can't possibly back up Bush's entire presidency, because it was flawed, especially the second term. But 9/11 could have been and should have been a non-issue. Bush had his shot, but Clinton had his too. Both passed, and thousands died.
