By the end of the year I will be debt free unless I have gambling loses. It will be great to be able to save $$$$ and whenever go to my checking account and see my balance increase.

I'm down to just my mortgage. You're right. It does feel good to have money in the bank. I have had a lot less stress the last 4 years.
