    Post #5k to celebrate "SBR Pro" submission
    Using my 5,000th post on SBR to coincide with "Pro Application" being turned in today!

    Bowed to the peer pressure after fighting it for so long....time for some poker, pizza, and extra points! Woke up this morning and read the post from SBRJohn offering the whopping 200 point balance if submitted this week and my legs just walked themselves to the car and practically held me hostage until they were standing at the desk to ship my $$$ to some doubled name chick in a Central America.


    Gonna be a great weekend now...I'm feeling "big league" already!

                      Mayan - even kicked the day off with a bonus set of box jumps after my WOD of:

                      10 rounds for time of:
                      Sprint 100 meters
                      10 Pull-ups
                      Sprint 100 meters
                      10 Burpees
                      Rest 30 seconds

                      So ya might be able to out bench me but I'll run your ass for days bro

                                  Mayan- I'd be lucky to do sets with 225 nowadays bro....hard into CrossFit with some buddies still living around Ft Benning area. Killer workouts every week. Google "CrossFit Inception" for our group and also train and do group events over in Albany Ga and their CF guys. The link below is from our last big challenge/team event....it's tough to grasp some of the stuff but once you do....lookout!
