That's an odd play for a team that has troubles scoring to begin with and has troubles especially against RHP. Garza has had success in the past with the Royals statistically, not in wins however. He has managed to quiet their bats fairly well though. The Rays bullpen has been absolutely lights out at home as well. I'd be playing the under, if anything...

I think the Rays are the only side here but too expensive for me. I may make a little play on the Rays RL but I definitely like the under (8) in this one. GL.

I didn't say It won't win. Thats not the point. The point is your win probability on your bet vs the price of the bet.
