Dude if you get hungry at night eat something like Pop Corn... high in fiber and no calories... Just don't fukin put any salt or anything on it... just plain ol' pop corn...

Anyway, I know what you mean about late night eating and not being hungry all day. Look into swimming and running stairs, they help me the most when my weight creeps up in the winter time.

ive had serves clocked over 130 when playing in tourneys

My short swing, low toss even makes it look faster to people returning plus it doesn't bounce and spins. But yes its over 100 mph on the vid.

There are not a lot of fat tennis players or fat point guards, though. Hard pressed to name 5 current pros.

york low ball toss is the way to go. The best pros actually have lower ball tosses like kevin curren of the 80's

About every retired pro has stated if they started over they would of lowered their ball toss on the serve. My serve slices and kicks, doesn't bounce high and rarely returned and yes its over 100 mph and that was after playing for 4 hours in 90 degree weather

And Ivan Lendl had a high ball toss, as did Boris Becker.

Let's add up the Grand Slams won by Lendl and Becker and compare them with Curran's or Roscoe Tanner's.

About your "100 mph serve".....Your average high school player today can hit that mark. You are acting like you are breaking the 3 minute mile mark with your big serve.
