    Anybody agree Yanks are NOT a square play today?
    I'd argue that this game might scare away the novice public at first and second glance, but that there's value on the Yankees and a reasonable home line.

    Burnett has sucked in August to be sure, but never like this has he had his postseason rotation Spot on the line. It also seems like whenever he's really in trouble he bounces back with a promising start.

    I like Burnett to have a solid outing and the Yanks offense to do enough against Hunter in this one. The race is on for home field in the AL East and Hunter is the kind of pitcher that can be feasted on by a good, patient lineup like NYY.

    I agree. Yanks had a breakout game yesterday and I think they are looking at the reality of the race with Redsox wins. They could keep crushing it the next few games with that monster lineup regardless of pitching.

        i agree because aj is garbage. only time i feel like i cant justify taking the yankees- when that bum is pitching.
