hit prnt screen, and paste the image into paint and save it, and spray paint over stuff you dont want seen, and upload it to imageshack or something, and post it

You can install this SBR screenshot tool, or just hit prt scrn key which is next to scroll lock, then paste it into Microsoft Paint and save.

Something like that, Image Shack hates SBR and posting their images is possible because of the yellow frog image. Will have to ask about which image uploader is usable here I don't even know myself.
