Yes thats one way to do it, it also one of the more obvious ways to get spotted by the books - they always get suspicious when a load of new accounts lump on something like that and you can tell as the price comes crumbling down and more often than not the market is taken off the board.

Yes you might get away with it a couple of times, but why give a book a chance to stiff you if they decide not to pay out if a match is bent ?
