did anyone catch this on yahoo the other day, some dude has apparently been faking heart-attacks to get out of paying bills, like a cab ride, a restaurant tab, etc.
i don't even see how that is cost effective with the cost of medical care in this country. i don't care if you have medicaid,medicare,passport,private HMO, or whatever, you are going to have a buttload of co-pays and whatnot that would certainly be more than those piddly tabs.
