I actually find it pretty difficult to win in football on just straight spread betting (unless you get teams like Carolina last year who seemingly got blown out by every one of their opponents)



To me, totals betting is the way to go. You have teams pretty much every year in football that are money machines when it comes to totals (last year, the cowboys and patriots went a combined 26-6 on the Over/Under), you just gotta find those teams and ride those hot streaks for as long as you can



I especially love playing OVERs in football because there are matchups seemingly every year that go OVER (think patriots/colts)
