    A + E Now. The Sopranos.
Some things will remain in the public concience forever. Tony Soprano is one of them. Hopefully if I watch this for an hour the whale will be asleep and I wont have to make love to her miserable face.

Look at the mafia like you would get entertained watching an ant farm.

Mike, when I was right out of high school 30 years ago I made friends with a full fledged Cicilian Tony Soprano type from Canada. At first I was entertained by the guy and got a kick out of him and it was fun just hearing stories I thought were BS at the time.Once I found out the guy actually was the real deal or being groomed to be the don I gradually cut ties.Well, that and him being an accomplished heavyweight boxer where a night out to the shaker ''strip''clubs meant him collecting a debt or two and getting in a major fight in an alley. Then he would go home and tell his neighbors f%$k you everytime they saw him outside.I guess people narked on him once and their life was missery every after. It's all absolutely disgusting and shouldn't be admired.

He had a fascination and ties to Kansas City where he made runs there and this was in the late 70's and I was pretty naive about mob activity then but then I saw the movie Casino and realized that for being a hayseed cornbelt town,KC is a mafia hotbed.

Hell,I watch the Sopranos too just to get some entertainment like kids like watching what goes on in an ant farm.Do you ever notice that with the mafia types that have the world at their fingertips with money, power and women at their disposal they are never happy and usually end up dead at a young age or in prison. The guy I knew served time for dealing roids to pro athletes mostly in the NHL and Canadian football league in the past few years just. One day I figured I would Google the guy and up came a ton of rap sheet court records.
