We have some of the best Wine in the US around this area.... If you are ever in the area you will love the wine tour I will give you. It's more expensive for sure but it's well worth it. You only live one life and in real estate it's about three things... Location Location Location... who wants to live anywhere else? Not me...

order a madras and see how you like it. It has OJ in it instead of grapefruit or pineapple. I enjoy drinking the madras in the AM for a head start. Makers on the rocks later in the day. Of course those drinks are all a family of the cape cod family. The original Cran and vodka cocktail... you can remember the difference between them by using this idiom... Cape Cod= Cranberry only. Sea Breeze has more Vitamin C=Grapefruit. Bay Breeze= Pineapple think beach setting. Madras= OJ that is the odd man out. Now you know they all have vodka and cran in them so that should help u out in the future.
