Northern Va here too, was walking outside at first thought it was a gust of wind as everything was shaking but could not feel the ground moving then realized I did not feel any wind so was like WTF? Got to where i was going and they said we just hadan earthquake I was like wow had no clue thats what it was. Would have been way weirder if I was inside. I though I was just going nuts, been up since 5am after 3 hours of sleep thought I was just tired and dillusional
