A bunch of scrubs coming in late in the season
Teams coasting rest of the way
Most team records and stats can be thrown out the window. Same story every September.

I won't risk that much juice but I will parlay 2 of them sometimes. I didn't play brewers but you can't argue with them over the past 25 games so why would you have stopped tonight? Cards and indians bullpens were the only reason that they screwed people over today.

parlaying them in spots is okay. you cant blame the bullpens. the lines hardly moved in those games you mentioned with one sided action.

You do take the whole "beat the closing line" scenario way too far. If I beat the closing line 5 times in a row and lose 5 times in a row then my book isn't reimbursing me for beating the losing line.

So it's not the bullpens fault for giving up 2 runs in the top of the 9th when the dodgers haven't scored 1 run the first 8 innings? WTF? If its your only job to pitch one fricking inning and you cant even do that then you shouldn't get a paycheck!

11 of 15 games tomorrow open with faves of -140 or more. 5 of those 11 are -185 or more. Wonder what would happen if I bet all 11 dogs for 1 unit?

Do you realize how dumb you sound? I guess my Pennsylvania little league bet was a bad bet then. Won 10-0 but it was a bad bet.

Maybe I'm getting lucky being a square. I'll try harder to be on the other side in the future.

Regardless if it's April 20th or September 20th a -200 line is still a-200 line. You are either on the right side or the wrong. All this over thinking is a waste. Be on the right side and all this nonsense is pointless.
By the way I'm on the Yanks -190 tomorrow. The line has no factor in the victory.

So what is the winning percentage when you beat the closing line? Does anyone ever really know? It sounds nice to say it but does it really make a big difference since you can't always beat it anyway.

According to this site every night is a damn conspiracy! Trap! Even if you won, it was a "bad" bet because the line moved.
