Tony Larussa is the worst manager in baseball
This moron leaves Carpenter in the game to lead off the 8th inning, he was at 94 pitches

Carpenter hits the first guy and then Larussa goes to several relievers only to blow the lead in the 9th

    What an idiot.

I know that they said that he was a Lawyer, but he any good @ that either?

If you are a bad Lawyer you go broke. If you are a bad manager you can get lucky for 10+ years.

        I despise "Mr. Clever".

Think of all that talent that guy has had over the years and what he's done with it.

I was just making a post about this shit, I swear man LaRussa is terrible. Over manages so many situations, Carpenter has been averaging like 115 pitches his last 11 starts. I would of rather watched Carpenter fall apart than him lose like that.

As a life long Cardinal fan, it's time for him to go. He did a good job and won a world series but it's time for a change.

This team has lost it this year. Larussa doing stupid things, Molina losing it, players getting ejected, etc.

he thought gibson needed to be pitched to cause he was hobbling.

im so sick of everyone blaming tlr. ever since we got that shithead mo as a GM, we've gotten worse and worse each year.

you have a bullpen for a reason. if you cant get 2 more outs with only 1 runner on 1st to win the game, theres something wrong. even the orioles bullpen can come in and get 2 outs.

holliday needs to go - selfish and worthless. furcal & theriot just more SS musical chairs who are also worthless. and now on STLtoday they are referencing the fact that Carp is most likely to be gone next year.

Jon Jay IMO is one of the few that actually plays with passion. someone needs to light a fire under this team. tony twist and kelly chase need to get in that locker room tomorrow.

I love Larussa! Capped a 22-1 points parlay with that horrid decision and a contest parlay. Appreciate that Tony

Ruined my 5 team if bet. As much as I've been rolling.....this one stings considering all the other teams in the bet won.

Cardinals needed to score more than one run. It is their fault. They are not scoring runs like earlier in the season. They are tired and rolling over. 9 out in the central, and 9.5 out of the wildcard.

Two World Series with how many good teams??? That A's team was dominate in the regular season and ran out of gas three out of four trips. It unbelievable how that team underachieved.
