    Boxing Rules
    Hello,

I have got a question around boxing. In relation to the game below

BBC, Sport, BBC Sport, bbc.co.uk, world, uk, international, foreign, british, online, service

looks like a straight enough decision. Barnes victory on points.

The bookie i placed the bet with has settled it as a loser so I am a bit curious if anyone knows anything else about this fight?

The rules on the website :

    19. Where a bout is abandoned or postponed, but fought within 14 days of the original scheduled date, all bets stand. Once the 14 days have expired, all single bets are void and refunded. Affected multiple bets will be recalculated excluding that leg.

All bets on either boxer to win will be decided by the judgesí decision. These include points, technical knockout (TKO), knockout (KO) or disqualification.

If a price is offered for the draw in any bet type, and the bout ends in a draw, all bets on either boxer to win will be losers.

In round-by-round betting, if a boxer fails to answer the bell, the fight will be deemed to have ended in the previous round.

For all bets on a boxer to win on points, the full scheduled number of rounds must take place for the bets to be deemed winners.

If the scheduled number of rounds is changed, all PICK THE ROUND bets are void and refunded.

There was no draw offered on the market, only 3 books were offering odds 5Dimes, Pinnaclesports were the other two. 2 way markets...

My question is will the bout be considered a draw ?? From my limited knowledge of boxing if the game is decided by points then that is the outcome draw/tie only happens when the judges couldnt give a clear decision and points are tied.

Another line here" Pay on Winner of Bout. If the Bout is a Draw, 'Dead Heat Rule' applies. Both Fighters Must Make Correct Weight Or Bets Are Void. If Fight is Stopped Prematurely On Cuts and Does Not Go To the Cards, Bets are Void."

So using the rule and referencing with this line, I can only conclude that the bout was assumed a draw which is not the case.

Could someone please clarify. Any advice appreciated

    Thank you
