Also once you get to the net the proper stance with the racket out front and how to keep the wrist stiff as you move laterally left or right at net and to the ball and let the wrist lead while having it bent back when pounding the volley into the open court. Boys, charge the net and keep the wrist stiff with a slight bend backwards. Change the grip from your semi western to the continental grip (held like a hammer). Make contact with the ball out in front of you with your wrist stiff and bent slightly back. Webber show them how its done.
