Betislands is getting the attention these days because they are new and seems to be doing things the right way. I am assuming most people here are already using or have used 5dimes already. I still consider 5dimes my #1 book because their reduced juice is more reduced than Betislands. Either way I think they are both good outs and if you combine them with Heritage you should be all set for football.
