I think you made a mistake there, each EURO = $ 1.42 that would 14 EUROS for 100 points = $ ?

Click the "buy points" option at the top of the page under SBR Store near your avatar. You need to buy points before you can sell any. Again though, this is only for those people outside the US and with a verified Moneybookers account.
