A Pool win and you get it, a draw and payout reduced but still a profit from original stake, a loss is -$150


My thoughts on a Hedge

Arsenal ML +166 - $300 to win $764

Draw +224 - $400 to win $896


If LP wins you profit $1162

If draw you profit $446 + original $150 back from parlay and a reduced payout on that parlay

If Arse wins you profit $214




I put it this way because you feel most confident in Pool based on your original wager, then it would be followed by a draw, and the least likely in your eyes - a Arsenal win would be last (just to get your original stake back and a little profit).

A draw makes par payout $831.52

Arsenal ML at +166 you could throw whatever you feel on this as your hedge.... like I said nice spot to be in... you could easily lock up a nice profit.

Great decision if you didnt hedge, people sayin take Arsenal to win clearly have no idea about the Arsenal line-up! They wer never going to win today, question was would Liverpool happily take the draw or use Arsenal's injuries and suspensions to their advantage. Turns out the Koscielny injury and Pingpong sending off helped Liverpool take the latter option! Gd job
