Anybody going to the Bears home opener Sept.11th?

I will be in Chicago that week for work, thinking about staying a few extra days to see the Bears? will tickets be really tough to get?


Any can't miss resturaunts or bars near the stadium?

I don't know what kinda cash you are willing to separate yourself from....but there should be a number of restaurants and/or hotels that offer game day packages. I think tickets should be hard to get being the 1st game and also how the Chicago baseball teams are doing. I had a weekend hotel Bears game package from the Essex Inn 3 years ago. Good time but I can't recommend it to anyone else though. I would do it again with a different hotel in the future.

You should also look into restaurants that offer discounts with Bears ticket stubs. Hooters use to give discount pitchers.

but Smith&Wollensky is as good as any. Get seats outside right off the river if it's nice out. House of Blues is right down the block may have something live at night.
