He's won 64 matches in a row on grass and 39 at Wimbledon.

Even if Safin comes with his best Federer will still win.He is just the best and this is his surface.
Any value in a line that is above -1300, no.
Federer will win the match, the only question is how many sets. If Safin can remain composed and play the tennis that he has played for most of this week then The match will be 4 sets. If Safin starts to get mad like he did in the first set of the Lopez match before the rain delay, Safin will lose in straight sets.
I'm a big fan of Safin as well but gotta face reality here.

You should be able to get that line at closer to -1100 if you look around. I would bet that yes

Bro when is the last time you even heard BBD entertain the notion of betting something -160 let alone -1200.....
This play is about as good as it gets...

It's unlikely he's in any danger. He's safe, I'm sure Wimbledon security has everything under control.
What did you think was/is going to happen to him? Obsessed fan?

I give Roger about a 91% chance of winning. Safin has enough game to threaten Federer. Fed's advantage on the surface is his movement. -1100 is about right guys.

I think it has more to do with Safin's name to be honest. Take a guy similarly talented, his age etc, but that nobody has ever heard of and this is NOT -1100...

Crazy: Ok, I can ignore the name, but not the fact he has beaten big Fed in a big match before. Now, that was a while ago, but the fact is Safin has what can be referred to as "Big Game." He can hit winners against Federer and possibly force him into mistakes.
However, without doing a stastical analysis how exactly would you you tell the difference between a -1400 and a -900 favorite? I look to solve the odds of each player winning any given point on their serve and go from there.

If I was to ever lay that much juice in any sport on anything this bet would be right up there, Fedex is the closest thing to unbeatable right now at Wimbledon. On sportsbetting I was looking at parlaying Federer & Nadal....$250 was going to pay $22. $10k only pays $880, it would suck to lose $10,000 chasing $880. Though that may be the closest thing you have seen to a lock in along time, I still can't justify it, I always tell myself crazier things have happened and will continue to happen. GL whichever way you decide to go.

I heard that they can't show the match due to legal reasons. The commentators can't even discuss what is happening.
I think some other network is covering the match so espn (I believe that is who is showing what we are seeing now) can't show the match till its done.
Does this mean though that during the nadal match we will be watching the fed match?I sure hope not. What a piss off this is
