just sell an online gambling license to these companies. you could name a high ass price if you wanted. make it an annual thing.

we cant tax gambling and its going to happen anyways. why not make some money. you sell a license for xxxx dollars and say anyone who buys can operate legally in the united states.

sounds like a good idea but usually the government spends more money hiring workers to collect and record licenses than they collect
