Can you use these payment systems for payments?

I want to offer you a paid mailout.
I am finding out if users can use not really popular payment systems namely perfectmone and libertyreserv.
The problem is I not from the USA and I don’t have possibility to receive money with the help of other more popular payment systems.
Please, provide your feedback and vote.

Yeah not sure what you're asking but if you're thinking of opening a book for U.S. players using alternative payment methods try bitcoin, I get my drugs with bitcoin

Never heard of perfectmone but yeah we can use ************** although it's not a real convenient. So what are you trying to, or planning to do here? What's the paid mailouts?
