Not to start an actual discussion or anything but would you sacrifice the point for 7 cents? Or was that a typo? Or would you try and side it with +5 -110 and -4 -107/-103(depending on how they run it). Or is that an arbitrary set of numbers? I know what I would do in all those situations just wondering what yoou were getting at.

Obviously there are a lot of opportunities in some markets (even today) to open up decent windows to manipulate yourself through. But Vegas versus a local is a lot better. Offshore can be done but if you are in the US or in the US and dont want to run accounts through books closed to US players it is going to close so many of these that it is scarey.

The real advantage with offshore is you get the openers to bet into fresh, but the limits are generally too small to really take advantage, and you need to find a line you can whack two or three times at a book with software that lets you bet again if the line moves, and then that software has to be generous with its movements. As in a penny or 3 each time. But not many, if any fit that criteria anymore. Pertains to baseball in that regard.

I dont have any open offshore accounts anymore, while it is convenient to do it with a keyboard it is just as easy to look at a screen to get comparisons then talk to someone and do it the old school way. Less fear of getting paid as well since you always know where the person is who owes you money and anytime you get stalled it is a 4 hour ride across the desert or 45 minutes into town.
