Is it a violation of SBR policy for...
American posters to 'give' foreign posters points "IF" (hypothetically speaking of course) the foreign poster then cashes out these points via the options provided in the store for foreign posters?

Although dubious is there a technicality/guideline that has been breached in the process decribed above ...If a mod could answer this that would be appreciated...Thanks guys
    (Again, hypothetically)

PS...Apologees if this has already been covered in another thread, couldnt find anything on this subject...

            Hi guys,

Doing business via the forum, including PM, SBR chat, forum usage is still expressly forbidden, particularly so when it's to weasel around SBRforum policy on US players' exclusion from purchasing/selling SBRpoints.

I'm sure there will be a few hair brained schemes cooked up but SBR will make every effort to ensure that it's not on SBRforum.

Lou, im sorry but i wasnt able to garnish a clear answer from this. A simple yes/no answer (minus the murkiness of legal mumbo jumbo) to my initial question would be appreciated. Thankyou

So its a violation for me to be given points (whether that be a collection from my loan % or point contributions from other posters for posts etc) and then cash them out That doesnt seem to make sense Doc...

Lou, theres no need to hide behind legalities. Im no threat to you...Hell if i was do u really think id make a thread based around this subject?? Would just like a clear indicator as to where i stand is all...

Il presume that yes it is in violation for me to collect points from other posters which would then bring me to the obvious question of y have a MB out if the points i acquire from other posters are in violation of SBR policy (according to you anyway??)

What do want him to say? Obviously it's against the rules. But they aren't going to run around banning people because an American gifts you 50 points. Just use common sense.

In my experience, common sense is relatively uncommon....

As far as I know there is no limit on point transfers between Pros, or has it changed now?

So you know what to do to contact business.

You can just buy gift cards and there are places online where you can sell the gift cards for 95% of face value if you really want cash. No need to be doing this and risking making SBR mad

A couple of times I have asked questions and got an answer that left me wondering what was meant too. I got the feeling I was being told to use my head and not ask silly questions.
