I have been trying to contact someone on chat but it seems to be down at the moment. Do you ever receive a tracking number for an item that you purchase in the store. Also my order was complete on the 11th when could I expect to receive it?

I've never been supplied with a tracking number when I've ordered anything from the store. Delivery times rely on postal services or whatever company they ship with. They've been pretty prompt in my experience.
