what's the best app for android regarding sports/scores?

I was shopping around the droid market place and found a free download called ScoreMobile for Android. Anything else I missed? Another one called SportsTracker Pro is available for $9.77. Both have 4.5 stars, so I don't know which one to get.

I use ESPN's Scorecenter. Its free, and has all the info you need.

mobile sites are for loser phones. You can just go to the main website of whatever you normally do.

btw, that sports tracker pro is an app for something else, it's a gps thing for working out/biking/running.

Sports tap is pretty good, but if I remember correctly its a battery hog if you let it run in the background. I currently use CBSsportslines app which is ok. Both of these apps are sufficient for major sports, but I honestly havent found an app that I am blown away by.

Score mobile is the best app, and its not close. It has just about every major, and fringe sport available.

They are a free tout service too, which is hilarious. They give picks everyday, on video.

i use scoremobile. definitely the best thing that android has going for regarding sports apps.

Scoremobile is what I use and like Houlis said, lots if fringe sports. ESPN is awful IMO. Slow to update and hard to navigate from one sport's scores to another.
