For starters i dont wear gloves coach, its 4 pussies...Sorry coach thats just how i roll and how ive been taught to roll.

Secondly i dont punch (not my 1st choice anyway, although do condition my hands, legs, stomach and elbows), too much risk of self injury and my personal aim when fighting is not to get hurt and put ur opponent down asap by ANY MEANS NECESSARY...


Ive been taught and keep in mind only 4 things when fighting. RIP, TEAR, PULL, GRAB...No holes are off limits (good anchor points, esp the nostril where u can use it to compress ur victims spine once u have him on the ground etc although pulling t the wrong way will cause possible paralysis/quadraplegic)...Only recommended for those that have done it b4 ie ME....


Coach u wouldnt 3 seconds with the way ive been taught to fight. Its called wing chun street fighting with a mix of tai chi, wushu, kung fu and street elements. The only opponent that would worry me in the street is a purebred MMA fighter


Coach i have a fighting record of 14-1 (1st fight i lost)...Then again when ur 6'3, 240 and can bench 350 to begin with u tend not to come 2nd too often when it comes to feats of physical character...


Coach i would make you squeal until you love me (then again im concerned that u may enjoy the high level of pain youd have to endure)...

Patience bossy, all in good time my friend...It will happen sooner rather than later...My only concern with posting face pic is that ive got a history that im not too keen to share and try my best to be a good guy these days (how i dont have a record is beyond my reasoning but im happy and very appreciative of this)...

Might make a vid showing some moves (although live by myself and im sure my GF wouldnt appreciate being used a martial arts technique volunteer ) but will have to cover my face as dont wanna show it on cam...
