A better question is "what % of the time does the NL team with a total of X win by more than 1 run?" And similar for the other questions.

The greater the total, the less often there is a 1-run game (and hence, more multi-run games).

I'm not positive, but I think the 1-run percentage is pretty similar for AL and NL of the same total. A lot of pros use a "conversion chart" that has the moneyline on the X-axis, and the total on the Y-axis.
