pinnacle question for WNBA

how come pinnacle has WNBA 2nd half lines at half time but no 1st lines before the start of the game?

Actually I see 1st half lines and totals...

I even see 1st quarter lines and totals

silly me, it is listed under WNBA and not WNBA 1st half like other major sports.
