Some tracks' individual websites now have their own free streaming video feed, also. Just do a search for the track name and "live video" or "live streaming", etc. I did this and found several of them.

I don't have the bookmarks in front of me, but off the top of my head, I know these tracks offer free video streaming on their websites:

Penn National
Prairie Meadows
Assiniboia
Evangeline
Hastings (I think)
Charles Town

I'm sure there are more out there, just have to look for the one you want and see if they have it.
