yep, i like the commercials. they don't score much...they don't play hard...and they cry when they lose. only reason to watch beaverball is if you have money on it.

I remember curfews on games in the 60's

I remember back when there were civil rights and war protests in the 60's where some eastern towns wouldn't let an extra innings game go past a certain time in fear of people getting out of the game and acting up under the cover of darkness.Baltimore comes to mind on this one.

That was the big fear when Wrigley got lights for night games where all the people getting out of the game would damage residential yards and such.

The leagues are always coming up with promotions and I was thinking they might start trying to run odd hour games like 3 am games or 6 am games etc.The 3am game would probably backfire bigtime with people being hammered from hitting the bars all night till the game starts.

Take the OVER 149. LA just played an overtime game and should be a little tired on defense, and New York's games have been going over tonights number nearly every night.

Also just noticing, the overtime game the other night, went to OT at 74-74, then Washington beat LA 77-74, haha...3-0 in OT.
